Maybe you could add a new category to Computer Stupidities, called "Stupid
Users". Here are three to get started:
1. My mom spilled some soda in the keyboard. She then broke the keyboard
even more by giving it a bath... (you can file this elsewhere if needed)
2. Apparently, this keyboard abuse has been passed down to me. My perfect
Windows XP laptop choked to death on dust (I only noticed this AFTER I
ripped it to pieces). Not wanting the same thing to happen, I opened my new
Vista laptop to "clean out any dust". The last time the keyboard worked was
before I did the surgery.
3. iTunes kept freezing, so I opened up the Task Manager, and noticed a
process called lsm.exe. I killed it, and Windows reacted with a "Critical
error, 60 seconds until shutdown. Save all work"
