The cubes were pretty interesting, especially the fact that they can ambush and "run" away. The dreaded evil eye stalks are extremely creative and fun to do in, as were the various wights and the beefheads. The Leviathan, Gatekeeper, and Murkon, are also great battles. Luckily, Murkon never learned the "restore" spell!!!

Early on, I'd say the snakes and spheres were my least favorite. Mid-way I'd add zombies, assassins, and anything else that can paralyze to the list. Later it's a toss up between the various giants and dracholiches.

Question, has anyone played a game, attained items of extra-specialness and then gone back to Perinn and given them to a new party? Just tried it with a Rod of Catastrophe. Talk about an unfair advantage...
