I'd prefer to sell you text links on any of the subpages of the rinkworks.com
domain.  For that, I could give you a rate of $***** - $***** per year.  But if
you only want a link on the main page of rinkworks.com, I can probably do that
for $***** per year.

Seriously?  Seriously??

I emailed you MONTHS ago, after we agreed on a price, and you never got back
to me about anything.  Now you do get back to me, ask me to put up a link,
which I do, and now you're backing out because you screwed up and gave me the
wrong URL and gave me a negligibly tiny amount of time to fix it.

I thought your manner was extremely unprofessional as it was, telling me how
"urgent" this was after not hearing from you for months, but this is absurd.
Did you think I was going to put my life on hold for ***** bucks so I can click
the 'refresh' button on my email constantly, just in case you might need me
to fix your screw-up?

I've taken the link down, and I am not interested hearing about any other
business venture from you.

Note the dates on these emails and the amount of time between each one. These emails are sorted in the order I saw them, not the order I received them. When I checked my email on March 1, I had all the last four in my inbox as new emails, but I responded to the third before seeing the last. Finally, the number of asterisks I used to hide the details of the negotiation have no bearing on the number of digits in the dollar amounts. For five figures, I really WOULD have put my life on hold to click that refresh button.
