Well, you must have the pet leash to hold on to her. And the kitty snacks help. Which is why I asked for your inventory. :)
Fourth time's the charm. (Let's see... under your bed, the kitchen, and then...) You need to find her someplace with only one exit, and then CLOSE that exit before pouncing.
