Well, there is one more thing you can get from that cave. You'll have to seriously bruise your foot to do it, but it'll be enough to dislodge some riches.
Aside from that, you have the sword, so you can now do away with that stupid ogre. Once that guy's taken care of, you will find a use for your bow, arrow, rope, hammer and nails.
