Well I was at the volcano area...clicked to go upstairs and well it told me this:

If you were attempting to register for the game, you chose a nickname already in use. Please choose another and try again.
If you were attempting to log into the game using a nickname you had already registered, then the password you entered was not correct. Please try again. If you have forgotten your password, send email to adventure@rinkworks.com, and your password will be mailed to the address you registered under. In your email, be sure to specify what your nickname is and which game you need the password for.
