Murkon's Refuge- Specialty Items

I have a question about Murkon's Refuge. I've seen posts about a Blade of Power. I've played the game a few times and am dying to find this item. If I keep searching Levels 9 and 10, will I eventually find all of the items, or are they specific to a given place in a given game?
