I have beaten Murkon with three different parties, and my current assassin is well past level 400 (I believe I have been playing for a good 180,000 turns or so), yet I have yet to find two of the rarest items of extra-specialness, and I have only found a single blade of power. Still, as I said, if you play long enough, then theoretically you should find everything.
