This is what I get for trying to cram this in before I need to run out the door. Didn't see the radio receiver, sorry. (Have you done the conduits yet? The OSM tubes? If not, go back to your boss for those assignments.)
To start off in finding the cat, check someplace where you'd find a lot of tempting food. (I believe that's her first stop on her rampage across the Coriolis...)
