Have you reported to the administrative offices so you can maybe start doing your job? (You don't need to find the cat immediately.)

I said this before about FQ1 and 2, but maybe you should just play one game at a time. Playing 4 at once (as you appear to be doing) can get a bit confusing, esp. if you're trying to figure out the trickier puzzles in POA.
