yep, thats the one

then he was a contemporary of Shakespeare (the Webster's I have here says 1564-1616 for the Bard). So either one could very well have plagiarized from the other. Could Shakespeare read Dutch?

No, its related, but merely prononciation, that is.
Its quite funny: remember i said once that i speak Flemish (West-Flemish) as dialect? Well, if i would speak that to a German, i think about 80% would be understandable for him, of course writing it is a bigger prob!
