Following on from last 2 help requests - POA

I have 3 peryolium shards and apparently need to open the door on CQ1 which has (i know what) a large object blocking it.
Do I trade my 3(or 1,2 whatever it takes) shards to blow it open and then find out that there's nothing worth having or do I take the chance?
I know that I've not been able to find any shards anywhere else since
I just need a little direction if you wouldn't mind helping out
