POA trapped in maintenance tube

I flipped the wrong switch in the control room with the beetles, and now I can't get out of the tube. I'll post inventory when I'm not on the tablet or else can figure out how to copy and paste on a touch screen... How do I get out of here? Surely I haven't made it impossible to win, but I can't get anywhere or do anything except take and replace a rubber tube.
