Of course the "some other movie" joke is that those long-shot frames DO come from some other movie, namely The Adventures of Hercules (aka: Hercules II), which also stars Lou Ferrigno.

The close-up of the Oracle is also stock footage from still another movie, although I've never been able to figure out precisely which. The IMDb says it's unused material from Hercules Against the Moon Men, but I'm not sure if I believe it. The moon man in that movie does look similar.
