My computer is refusing to do a number of apps.  I decided to shut down and
reboot.  The task manager agreed nothing was running.

But in trying to shut down it informs me that EwbAgent is running.
Googling that, I get your page.  What is going on?

Actually, you get the Dialectizer translating somebody else's page that had "EwbAgent" on it.
