245.    Adobe Illustrator 10

I have Adobe Illustrator 10.  Whenever I go to open the software it gets to
the point where the "opening with the women face" comes up and it say that
it is "Reading Fonts" but it never goes beyond that point. The software will
not open. Do you know what I can do to fix this?
