    I was very pleased with the service I was receiving until the morning
(about 8:20 a.m. or so) of Wednesday the 6th when an administrator accused
me and 4 others from my network of being the same person, we tried to
explain, but he would not listen.  I will e-mail his name when I remember
it, but I am upset with his customer service skills.  I hope you unban the
username SeethingBlood until I can give you the names of the others, and the
IP address which he aslo banned, we are all not happy with his decision.

"Leen" was the one who did it.  She did think you were all one person, but the
reason for the ban wasn't that but because you all piled into the room and
basically took over a conversation that she was trying to have with another
friend and regular visitor to the site.  I gathered you guys came in because
you wanted a chat room that you could use on your school's computers or
something?  In that case, it would have been more politic to create your own
room to chat in instead of commandeering the existing room.

One more thing: Leen is not a "customer service" worker.  You are not a
customer but a guest.  You aren't paying us money, and RinkWorks is personal
property, not a community service, nor an inalienable right.

That maybe so, but I assume that you get money from advertisers by hits,
anyway she could have given us that reason, anyway I shall say good day to
you because you are rude and well, fiesty.  Never once did I say school, or
customer service, you need reading classes me thinks.  Anyway I am not
saying any of this to be mean, but read what was typed.  Rinkworks is
obviously profitable some how, because it would be shut down if it wasn't at
least supporting itself.

Read your initial letter to me again.  It said:

As far as the "school" thing goes, this is cut directly from the chat log

I really don't care, I never said that, and that is the point.  THAT is cut
directly from my manual of I don't care, and people named Sam are always
wrong...

I've been called some harsh things in my time, but FIESTY! (Is that like being feisty at a fiesta?) Anyway, it's great how you can nail somebody dead to rights, but that's not the end of the argument.
