Okay, I don't get this latest Reader Poll. I don't need an *excuse* to act
like I normally do. I mean, I can act like that *not* on Stupid Day, too.
So why should that be on there?

I mean, I'm not the **Lord of the Dance** or anything. Maybe I just don't
get the godlike, majestic hilarity.

Okay, look. I don't NEED your temper tantrums. I was just asking a question,
that's all. I'm not, like, good friends with Bob Dole or anything, so I don't

Wow. See, this is the kind of thing we NEED in the forum.

Unlike other recent message threads suck as "I'm getting married and/or
am preggos" or "What do you want to be when you grow up?" or "It's another
Lord of the Rings thread", your post poses a question that causes the reader
to search his (or her -- don't want to torque off the chicks) innermost
self for a satisfactory answer to one of life's great quandries. A great
soul-search ensues to answer the query, an answer that -- ultimately --
tells us more about the responder than he (or she -- see above note) would
normally divulge. The question posed is not simply "can I interest you in a
cup of death and shut up?" but rather a cry for understanding between
cultures with different education and religous backgrounds. A realization
that we are not all that different.

Yes, I shed a tear when reading this thread. A tear of joy.

My answer? A simple "No, thank you. You cannot interest me in a cup of
death and shut up."
