Sinbad Comic

Join Sinbad and his merry men as they embark on a dubiously-conceived quest to foil a dubiously-conceived but probably evil plot by the evil vizier Jaffar! Sinbad Comic is a screen-cap comic based on the incredible, incomparable, and inexplicable 1989 Lou Ferrigno film, Sinbad of the Seven Seas.

Sinbad Comic is currently on hiatus but will eventually return for the fifth and final season.

The mother just proved a very important point: "Exercise is Torture."

'nuff said.

Nice! I dig the double-unreliable-narrators setup.

As I said in an earlier comment, I'm unconvinced that the Mom's reading of the story is any nearer "the truth" than the girl's. I don't want to impose my interpretation on anybody else (in all honesty, it's just as ambiguous to me as anybody), but it seems that, at minimum, the mother has been heavily sanitizing the story for her daughter's consumption.

LOL LOL LOL

I don't even know how to respond to this other than to say it made my day awesome. If only the little girl's explanation of the snakes had been the real one. But, sadly, we're left with the truth...

Head over tail, and under; head over tail, and under...

The snake comes up out of the hole, sees the mongoose, goes around the tree, and back into the hole...

My old English Lit. professors would have a field day with this stuff.

That is the measure of a good workout, though; if you aren't violating the Geneva Conventions, you're not feeling the burn.

Hrm. If she can't read, then the pictures we see here are basically the pictures in the book, right?

Sinbad is a graphic novel!

Gee whiz, tying snakes in knots must be hard work. If he doesn't watch those biceps, he's going to cause a cave-in.

YAY! You know how long I've been waiting for this scene, right Sam? And you made it come up as close to my birthday as your schedule allows.

Thanks!

Aha! The little girl can't read! That explains a lot.
