I think this was one of the more frustrating ones for me in The Early Years collection.
A hint: don't think of the "directions" you can go as actual directions. Using a flow chart would work, in fact it's how I did it since there was no logical path to follow. Just be patient, note the descriptions and options at each "location" and try them one by one. Eventually you will get through; there's not much more I can suggest on this.
