EFSM - Last ingredient and bad aim

I'm stuck trying to get the nitrochalk for Mrs. D. I only have this and the computer quest left. I have gotten the other 2 ingredients already. I've also looked at the bulletin boards but I'm not sure where I can practice my aim. Any help is appreciated thanks.
