Fingerprints: You stole his soldering iron already. You need to give him two items - first, an item to make the prints STICK, and then something they'll show up on well.

Teethmarks: Mr. C in the library. Look at your inventory and think about it... what do you have that he would willingly bite into?

Three more things. Just try everything you have on him, you've got all the items you need.

Well, you'll have to finish the artist quest before you can do anything about it, but - have you checked out what's going on in the English classroom on the ground floor on the Girls' Side? Holy moly, you're going to have get some help to break that one up - and you've already met the men capable of doing it. You'll just have to get some proof. (After you steal your reward from the artist quest, though.)

Once you have them convinced and they leave you alone in the male staff room, then you'll be able to practice your aim.
