Root beer comes in a close second for me. And somehow I knew it would be number one with a certain faction. But other candies come in root beer flavor. I can't think of anything other than cream soda, which doesn't taste anything like the DumDums that are cream soda *flavored*, that rivals a cream soda flavored DumDum, or even purports to be cream soda flavored. In a pinch, a root beer barrel will suffice, but what could possibly substitute for a cream soda DumDum?
