I am stuck again. It seems to me I've been everywhere and tried everything, and I still can't get into the fortress. Any hints?

I have: sack, carrot, rope, hook, branch, silver and gold keys, sword, shovel, hammer, nails, bow, arrow, fishing pole, club, ticket, pass ring, sunstone, scroll, float ring, winter coat
