Actually, I'd better clarify that.

It is true that we only use around 10% of our brain cells, but there's no huge untapped potential there - the remaining brain cells are structural support and the like, and there's no way of thinking with them.
We think with only 10% of our brain cells because only 10% of our brain cells are neurones. We use everything we have.
