Here are several things you can do right now:

1. Have you already gotten bread and fed it to a hungry soul? If you have, you learned something you can now apply elsewhere in the game. If you haven't, snoop around in the same place where you've gotten the majority of your food so far.

2. There's something you can get in your house.

3. Go to Lynnville. There isn't anything further you can definitely do there, but... well, you know what they say, "the journey is more important than the destination".

4. Wake the guy in the wagon.
