Outlaws card cheat (SPOILERS WELCOME)

I am getting very frustrated! Ijust cant seam to beat this card cheat!
Could you please help me?

This is what I have done so far:

Elbow him in the ribs
bite him
get chamber pot
roll over
hit him with chamberpot

Now what?
