You have everything you need. Remember, you're cooking stew. What is the first thing you add when making stew? Once you do that, add something else, then something else. The game will tell you when you've screwed up the dish.

This game relies a lot on finding the right combination of actions, so the strategy of trying something, failing, trying again, failing, until you get just the right sequence is going to be used quite a bit.
