There is a certain time-specific event that happens in Lynnville. It happens every day, and thus you need to be in the 'right place at the right time'. Try entering a building, checking for the event, leaving and then coming back in and repeat until it happens or its night, in which case it probably wasn't that place. Don't worry - this bit is quite hard.

P.S. Just think of something which would probably happen once every day that you know of, within the context of the town. Sorry for being so vague - if you're still stuck, I'll be more specific next time, but the fun is finding it yourself.
