Nanoxite stone: you missed one in the sandstone caverns.
Rubber tube: take another look at the one in CQ6; you should be able to get it now.
HEEC: remember how you got the Mine Survey Papers, which led to the Mine Access Card? You'll need to do something similar here. Who of all people would be authorized to give someone permission to access a high security place on the Corolis?
