Trail Of Anguish--Stuck at beginning

Can someone please please help me?
Here is my inventory:

1 Rock
Map of Elkland
Dragon Costume

I am sooooo stuck. I locked everything in my car. I have caught the dorm on fire and broken library window. I now have a dragon costume on and I'm in it with verna and ?sila? Anyways, I can not get rid of them. I can not go into the gymnasium to get clothes to play soccer until I get rid of the costume. I can't go into any building except the library with the costume. The locksmith is always closed. How am I suppose to get anywhere with this costume?
