AGGGGHHHHH!!!! according to my friend and her dad, who know a lot about dc politics, they won't be able to implememt it until January of 2001, so i'll have my license by then. God bless the grandfather clause.

I know what you mean. Why does it have to be so complicated? I got an unlimited license on the day I turned 16 and never had a problem. I've never gotten a speeding ticket and didn't have my first wreck until I was 24.(If you want to call a $12 dent a wreck.) I've been driving 50 years now and I have to worry about some future rule that says you can't drive after you reach a certain age. If you are 16 or 66, the problems are the same.
