It is in fact a phrase from an ancient, almost extinct form of a rare and beautiful language called AramiGreekaLatin-Blahtahuwtshsfa. The phrase "blu blah" actually means "the essay has been sent with the chosen title to the appropriate destination via the postal service." They didn't teace you that in kindergarten? ;-)
