Then I guess I better not mention that other dream I had recently about Sam... The one where he was a trader at an early 19th-century World Fair, busy selling giant antique silver things he called "barometers". They looked like 4-foot encapsulated steel pontoons, engraved all over with a fine, classy Copperplate script. Hmmm. Don't ask me what it means.
