 Heheh.  Thanks.  That was unintentional, but come to think of it, it does look like either a smiley with a bazeball cap -- or with a lucky horseshoe on its head!

 It's Turks who traditionally wear the fez.  (So no bet, Brunnen-G ;)  Russians wear the ushankar, that black fake-fur cap with ear-flaps folded upwards.  Incidentally, Russian ultra-orthodox Hasidim also make a point of wearing ushankars, which has always puzzled me -- You can be pretty sure the Patriarchs (Abraham, Isaac, etc.) never wore anything of the kind...
