I have sea nymph now but I don't have a clue as to where the apples are.

I have:
Picture
hammer
magnifying glass
note
sticks
string
tinderbox
sword
2 bronz coins
8 red gemstones
crate
stone of strengthening
map
key of opening
wire clippers
clear focus stone
food rations

Have rescued quils. But cannot find the apples.
Sea Nymph is at the gate and will not go out.
