 It isn't, because I use Netscape, whose "Go" menu and back queue are both plenty long enough for me.  I don't touch IE.

 Ugh.  I *hate* that.  Actually I do spawn new browser windows on occasions where I need to see more than one page at a time, or I want to go to a completely different site for a quick reference and not lose my place in the original browser window.  But in the usual case, I'm comfortable with just one browser window.  What I really do hate, though, is when other sites *make* me spawn new browser windows, so I don't even have a choice in the matter.  I *hate* that.  People who write web pages like that should be fried to a crisp.  And that's all I have to say about that.  Thank you.
