Have you found a Stealth Blade for your Rogue? It has plusses and minuses compared to the Light Sword.

Plusses: It's got a 40% crit.hit. chance. You won't ever get a crit.hit. with the Light Sword.
It adds 1 to your Dexterity.
Minuses: It's only a class 4 sword. The Light Sword is class 6.
It doesn't add 2 to your Speed like the Light Sword does.
