Noise in who's room? And the vending machine won't be usable til much later.
Oh, and have you tried stowing away on a cargo flight to Akumos? Can't get in the mines yet, but you can find something useful by searching EVERYTHING you can get to outside the mine.
More importantly, have you completed the conduits, the boosters, AND the OSM jobs for your boss? Checked your e-mail recently to get more info? Once all three major jobs are completed, the plot will thicken...
