How can I beat the beefhead? I tried confusing him (by attacking him) and then dumping water on him. He's now preserved or whatever, but he's still coming after me. WHAT ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?

Also... I've heard I need to do something with somebody about something to get that stupid blue ball to turn red, but somehow nobody wants anything to do with me blue ball. What about it, guys?
