help with pheicryn!!!!!

Hi it is Missy again and I need help with
Pheicryn I have hit her with the chain and she is
in almost through the murder hole.... what do I
do next... kick her, thrown the stone at her, (i
tried to get the chain again and know that was a
wrong move) use the oil, try to grap the sword,
close the gate? any help will be awesome
