I read someone with the exact same post, but I cannot figure this out. Someone said something about sailing and doing excersize...but I don't know. My inventory:

Diving Mask
Pick
Life Preserver
Dead Fish

Broken Free Trial Sword of Failing
Ticket
Stone of Strengthening
Bucket

Magic Armor of Magic
Key of Questioning
Food Rations
Rope

Can anyone help me?
