I don't know what to do next. Can someone clue me in on my next destination?? I have met Silus and Verna, but my silly Hovercraft key is still locked in. How do I open It?

I'm Carrying:
Backpack
2 rocks
map of elkland
gym shorts
crowbar
dragon costume
picket
enrollment sheet
