TOA - hovercar

Can anyone help me with the hovercar? It's Satyrday morning/afternoon and I'm just wandering about trying to find things to do, but everything seems to point to the purse/id card/credit card etc, all in the hovercar. Any help would be appreciated.
My inventory:
2 rocks
Map of Elkland
Backpack
Stylish shoes
Enrollment sheet
(Nerds have quantum calculator)
