Yeah, taking a tube will mess up the automatic system which opens the doors, so you'll be unable to get out at all. Make sure you have the tube back in, then check to see if you can exit from the OSM Tube to Kepler's office. If you can, then you need to use the Emergency Access Switch once (if you haven't flipped the Reset Switch, you'll be okay, but if you did, you have to put the security code back in first). That will *close* access to Kepler's office and open up access from another spot in that section of the OSM Tube. You can leave through there and find another door somewhere else on the station that will be open as well.

There's an essential piece of info that you have to hear about from Caroline. Try hanging out there for a while.
