POA booster problems

I have tried all configurations, but can't seem to get the boosters in alignment. I know the pattern is either 122122 or 112112. Do you have to start at a particular point? Am I missing an item? I have tried to read the posts, but they are all way too vague. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Inventory:

Leather Briefcase
Supply Room Card
Radio Receiver
Pet Snacks
Small Mirror

Employment Papers
Business Card
Fire Extinguisher
Washcloth

I.D. Card
Crowbar
ISO Officer's Cap
Plastic Cup

Round Pot
