Like the power conduit job, this is one that may seem confusing at first, but really once you sit down and think each step through, it gradually makes sense. Rather than reading a whole hint and being overwhelmed, read it bit by bit, understanding each piece before you move on.
Actually, you don't even really need a hint. The best hint you can have is to understand what Kepler's instructions to you are concerning the job. Follow directions correctly, and you'll have it. There's really nothing more to it than that.
