Alphabetical list of characters in Murkon's Refuge

For fun, I made an alphabetical list of all characters that are mentioned in the Murkon's Refuge Hall of Fame at the moment of writing. There are currently 604 characters.
I did not have to type them all out by hand. This listing has been made with lynx, a simple C program I wrote myself, and the sort command.
