Are you talking about the city with valkyries? Well, I'll take it that you've gotten over the wall with The Rink. Well what you have to do is get you and the Rink into the building without them seeing you. And you can't use the door. To save you time (I spent several hours before I realized it), Rink has to go in first and then you go in last. Hope I helped you out somewhat.
