I can't find the crowbar to open the car and can't find what to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Inventory:
Enrollment Checklist thing
Ekland map

Gave Dragon costume to those two people, can't remember their names

P.S. can't find bus need help
